Drop in and sessions are bookable online and in store. Payment in advance may be essential for some sessions, in particular, personalised crafts or sessions being run by external business partners.

Bookings for all personalised craft sessions will close at 3pm, the day before the session is due to run.

Sessions may require a minimum number of attendees in order for the session to take place. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified at least 48 hours before the session is due to run. At this time you will be offered the opportunity to re-book or to receive a refund. In the event that you are unable to attend the session, we ask that, where possible, you give 48 hours notice of your cancellation. If less than 48 hours notice is given, it may not always be possible to issue a refund.

Cancellations of personalised workshops are only eligible for a partial refund to cover the cost of wasted materials.
